Paid plans, prices, included limits, and features are displayed on the website or in the checkout flow.

If a free trial is offered, card verification may be required. Unless canceled before the end of the trial period, the relevant paid subscription starts automatically after the trial and renews according to the selected billing cycle until canceled.

Billing and payment processing are handled through Stripe. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees, renewals, and any legally due taxes.

• You may not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, abuse API endpoints, or bypass plan limits or access restrictions.

The website, software, branding, and underlying materials belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to you except for the limited right to use the service as intended.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or specific commercial outcomes.

Audit results and recommendations may depend on third-party providers, search indices, AI systems, crawlers, and external websites that are outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, data loss, and claims arising from temporary outages, third-party provider failures, or external content.

Mandatory statutory liability remains reserved.

You may stop using the service and cancel subscriptions in accordance with the applicable billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, or if continued operation is unreasonable for legal or technical reasons.

These terms are governed by Swiss substantive law.
